Description

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media
  • Conduct keyword research and manage negative keyword lists to improve targeting
  • Write and test compelling copy, headlines, and CTA''s collaborate on ad creatives and landing pages
  • Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards, track metrics
  • Optimise bids, budgets and pacing
  • Perform A/B testing and drive continuous improvement through data driven insights
  • Report regularly providing recommendations to stakeholders

Profile

A successful Paid Search Executive (Candidate Generation) should have:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an in-house or agency setting
  • Proficiency with Google Ads (Bing Ads, Meta ADS, Google Analytics etc...)
  • Strong analytical mindset. proficient in data analysis and Excel
  • Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
  • Fast learner and able to thrive in a collaborative fast paced environment

Job Offer
