- Develop and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media
- Conduct keyword research and manage negative keyword lists to improve targeting
- Write and test compelling copy, headlines, and CTA''s collaborate on ad creatives and landing pages
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform dashboards, track metrics
- Optimise bids, budgets and pacing
- Perform A/B testing and drive continuous improvement through data driven insights
- Report regularly providing recommendations to stakeholders
Profile
A successful Paid Search Executive (Candidate Generation) should have:
- 1 - 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an in-house or agency setting
- Proficiency with Google Ads (Bing Ads, Meta ADS, Google Analytics etc...)
- Strong analytical mindset. proficient in data analysis and Excel
- Excellent copywriting and attention to detail
- Fast learner and able to thrive in a collaborative fast paced environment
