Your key client will be Kenvue and Mattel and include the management of their accounts across multiple EMEA markets. Reporting into the Group Account Director, you will be responsible for both the strategic development of your client’s accounts and organization of your team. You will work with Account Executives, and be responsible for organizing their workload, overseeing the quality of their work and training needs.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Search Engine MarketingEstablish an understanding of all areas of Kinesso’s expertise and the products/services we can provide to your clientsContribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve SEM and YouTube resultsDevelop an understanding of the various digital media channels (Display, eRetail, Social media) and the role of PPC/SEMHelp to educate the clients on PPC/SEM and YouTube strategies and tactics; engage clients in the world of digital communications by demonstrating its direct response, creative and brand building abilitiesParticipate in and learn about social marketing and the impact for our clientsKeep up to date with and lead the testing of new SEM products, including advanced features and beta trials for Google Ads and SA360.Leadership and ManagementLead the day-to-day client relationship, campaign or project development and executionEnsure that all client campaigns follow the internal Search processProvide consistent and effective support to Account Directors / Group Account DirectorsPrepare and lead performance review presentationsLead development of regular results analysis and reporting, recommendations and presentationsLead meetings and discussions and ensure accurate contact reports are issued within 24 hoursExcellence in Client ServiceBuild an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives, and develop strategies to help meet those objectivesEffectively set and manage client expectationsUnderstand individual client needs (on specific projects and beyond) so you can help them be successful in their roles, and to their bosses; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs wellEnsure all media schedules, forecasts and recommendations are fit for client and it’s easy for the client to accessProvide counsel to client’s marketing issues and opportunities, engaging Account Director as appropriateMonitor trade press relating to your client’s businessMonitor your client’s competitors and their activityPeople ManagementActively nurture the goal of making Kinesso an enjoyable place for staff to work and for clients to engage withDevelop the skills and knowledge of the Account Executives through mentoring, supervision and providing feedback on performanceDelegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workloadKeep Business Performance Director informed of teams development and performanceIdentify opportunities for junior team members to take ownership of tasks or projects to develop and growAbout YouNeeds to have search marketing experience, responsible for planning and managing campaigns across Google Search Ads and YouTube (buying via AdWords)Experience managing large budgets and delivering strong results for large brands across multiple markets and product typesExperience managing PPC campaigns across multi-account MCCsBe a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in search marketingCommunicate effectively at all levels, both up and downAble to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issuesAnalytical, yet operate strategically, with understanding of the ‘big picture’‘Hands-on’ approach to operations: Plans, assigns and directs work, time, material, peopleWork with an attitude of ‘it’s up to me to make it happen’Employee TransparencyAt IPG Mediabrands, we celebrate differences and believe this makes us stronger.
