This role sits within a specialist practice focused on delivering world-class search campaigns and leveraging some of the latest tools and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Leadership:

Oversee paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360. Ensure best practices, innovation, and performance excellence.Client Management:

Build strong relationships with clients and partners, offering strategic insights and thought leadership.Team Development:

Mentor and manage a hybrid team across markets, supporting career growth and fostering collaboration.Operational Excellence:

Drive automation, streamline processes, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic service development.

About You

Deep expertise in paid search platforms and technologies.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance media.Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.Excellent communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.Experience managing hybrid teams across multiple markets.
