The role is responsible for driving high-quality student lead generation and maximising campaign performance through data-driven paid media strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting student recruitment objectives by delivering targeted, conversion-focused campaigns aligned with organisational growth goals. This position requires a highly hands-on individual with strong technical expertise in campaign setup, audience targeting, conversion tracking, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple paid media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, customer acquisition funnels, and paid media optimisation techniques, combined with the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, recruitment, and creative teams.
