THE ROLE As Paid Media Manager, you''ll take ownership of paid acquisition across key markets, developing and executing strategies designed to generate measurable commercial results. You''ll work closely with senior digital and commercial stakeholders, alongside wider specialists across SEO, CRM, UX and CRO, to create a fully integrated acquisition strategy. WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING Own and develop the paid media and lead generation strategy across key markets. Plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic display. Set, monitor and evaluate meaningful performance marketing KPIs. Use GA4 and offline business data to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall campaign performance. Build structured testing and experimentation programmes, including A/B testing.
