This is a hands-on role for a true platform specialist who thrives on accountability, autonomy, and proactively bringing new ideas to the table to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, with a focus on generating high-quality leads. Campaign Management: Manage and optimise high-budget campaigns, overseeing everything from campaign structure and ad copywriting to advanced audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation. Technical Setup and Tracking: Set up and manage all conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring accurate performance reporting and attribution across all platforms. Optimisation and Testing: Continuously monitor campaign performance data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to identify areas for improvement. Implement a rigorous A/B testing schedule for creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audience segments.
