They''re seeking a Paid Media Manager with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead strategy, optimise performance, and mentor the internal team. Responsibilities Manage and optimise Google and Meta Ads campaigns Audit account structures, targeting, creative, and funnel flow Identify inefficiencies and compliance risks Develop and implement testing frameworks and scaling strategies Advise on creative formats and messaging Ensure ad content complies with Google and Meta advertising policies Lead workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions Create internal playbooks for paid media excellence Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google and Meta Ads Proven success in Aggregator Site / Comparison Site marketing Strong understanding of Google and Meta advertising compliance processes Expertise in testing methodology, creative strategy, and performance optimisation Experience mentoring or training marketing teams ..... full job details .....
