We deliver campaign management, auditing and consultancy across the UK, Europe, US and LATAM. Our clients span e-commerce and retail, gambling, travel, legal and professional services, tax, EV charging and automotive, sport, education, construction and trades, and multi-site consumer services. About the role We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media Lead to own paid media strategy and performance across a varied client portfolio. You will manage accounts from end to end; planning and campaign delivery to tracking, testing, ad copy and visuals, reporting and client communication. You will combine analytical thinking with creativity and initiative to solve problems, resolve tracking issues and demonstrate what drives results. Key responsibilities Own a portfolio of client accounts across the UK and international markets. Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets, including audits, plans and strategy documents for new and existing accounts. Design, build, launch, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and YouTube.
