The Role: As Paid Media Executive, you''ll take ownership of planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You''ll work closely with the wider e-commerce and marketing teams to support customer acquisition, revenue growth and return on ad spend (ROAS), while helping shape creative testing and campaign strategy for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer retail brand. Key Responsibilities:Build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximise efficiency and return on investment.Plan and execute ongoing testing across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, campaign structures and messaging.Analyse campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective paid media activity.Work closely with the wider marketing team to brief, develop and test new advertising creative.Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, trading activity and seasonal campaigns.Monitor ..... full job details .....
