Senior Speech and Language TherapistNegotiable Pay Rates KentOverviewI''m currently recruiting for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist school in Kent, with immediate interviews available and a September start.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary therapy team supporting children and young people with complex communication needs. You''ll manage your own specialist caseload, carrying out assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions and contributing to EHCP reviews and care planning.Alongside your clinical work, you''ll play a key role in supporting the development of the Speech and Language Therapy service, delivering staff training, promoting communication across the school and working closely with education, health and care professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
