We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent paediatric practice that is looking to create a position for the right Speech & Language Therapist. This is an opportunity to join a growing service where you''ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while benefiting from regular supervision and support from an experienced Clinical Director.

Based in a modern multidisciplinary clinic in Chislehurst, you''ll work with children and young people aged 20 months to 18 years, supporting a wide variety of presentations including speech sound disorders, autism, ADHD, developmental language disorder, motor speech difficulties and more complex neurodevelopmental needs.

This practice takes a parent-based, child-led and whole-family approach to therapy. Rather than following rigid programmes or delivering the same intervention to every child, you''ll have the freedom to develop individualised therapy plans, think holistically, and work alongside families to achieve meaningful long-term outcomes.

Requirements - Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist

• Is HCPC registered and has experience working with children.
• Has a genuine interest in neurodevelopmental conditions and complex communication needs.
• Enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of their caseload.
• Has excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships with children and families.
• Is proactive, reliable and passionate about delivering high-quality care.
