Our Paediatric Nurses care for children who have long-term or life-limiting conditions, providing exceptional, individualised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you\''ll become a trusted part of a child\''s care team - not only by meeting their clinical care needs, but also by building positive relationships, whilst helping to create a supportive and nurturing environment.
