Due to internal progression, we are looking for a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children, families, and care teams across the West Midlands and Shropshire. You will be responsible for: Managing paediatric complex care caseloads Creating and reviewing personalised care plans Delivering clinical training and competency assessments Supporting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers Ensuring safe, high-quality, compliant care Building strong relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams Essential Requirements for our paediatric clinical nurse specialist role: NMC Registered Children''s Nurse Minimum 3 years'' post-registration experience Experience in paediatric complex care, PICU, critical care, AandE, or community nursing Tracheostomy, ventilation, airway management, and enteral feeding experience Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
