As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the implementation and management of complex care packages.Conducting new client assessments and leading team meetings.Performing medication and clinical audits for compliance.Providing clinical supervision and competency sign-off for nurses.Liaising with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.Offering standard and emergency support to regional care functions.Supporting service delivery in line with person-centred care plans.Ensuring care staff are trained in personal care and specialist equipment use.
