We are recruiting for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a rapidly growing, nurse-led complex care provider supporting children and young people with highly complex clinical needs across Hampshire.

With new packages continuing to mobilise and significant investment in clinical infrastructure, this is an excellent opportunity to join a provider committed to delivering exceptional community-based care while offering genuine progression opportunities.

As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you''ll oversee a caseload of up to 10 complex care packages across Hampshire, all located within approximately one hour of Southampton. Working closely with families, MDTs and care staff, you will ensure safe, effective and person-centred care delivery while maintaining high clinical standards and supporting ongoing service growth.

The service supports children and young people with a range of complex clinical needs, including:

• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP)
• Enteral feeding
• Epilepsy management
• Neurological conditions
• Complex physical disabilities

The Role
As a-Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:

• Manage a caseload of paediatric complex care clients within the community.
• Complete clinical assessments and support the mobilisation of new care packages.
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation.
• Conduct spot checks, clinical observations and competency assessments for care staff.
• Support medication management, safeguarding and clinical governance processes.
• Work closely with families, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in the on-call rota, including occasional out-of-hours support.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and wider service development projects.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Active and unrestricted NMC registration.
• Experience within paediatric complex care and community healthcare.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance and risk management.
• Experience supporting or delivering clinical training and competency assessments.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills with families and MDTs.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
