The Paediatric Clinical Lead will:Manage complex care packages, including planning, risk assessments, and clinical re-assessments.Conduct new client assessments and lead monthly team meetings.Perform medication and clinical audits to ensure compliance with best practices.Provide clinical supervision and competency sign-off for Registered Nurses.Liaise with the multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.Offer standard and emergency support for regional care functions.Ensure care staff are trained in personal care and ..... full job details .....
