We are recruiting for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join an Outstanding CQC-rated, nurse-led complex care provider delivering specialist care to children with complex clinical needs in their own homes. Covering Kent, Surrey and Sussex, this is a genuine growth opportunity where you''ll initially manage a small caseload of up to five community packages, allowing you the time to build strong clinical relationships while supporting the continued expansion of the service. This hybrid role offers two days working from home and three days in the community, providing an excellent work-life balance while remaining closely connected to children, families and clinical teams. The Role As a Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will:Provide clinical oversight of paediatric complex care packages across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.Initially manage a caseload of up to five packages, with responsibility growing alongside service expansion.Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, care plans, risk assessments and regular package reviews.Deliver clinical training, competency assessments, supervisions and ongoing support to Healthcare Assistants and Nurses.Support the mobilisation of new complex care packages ..... full job details .....
