Abingdon School has an exciting Padel Coach opportunity!Location: Tilsley Park, Abingdon, OX14 1DESalary: 25 to 35 per hourJob Type: Self-employedHours: Evenings, weekends, school holidays and occasional events as requiredAbout Us:Abingdon Sports and Leisure manages the Abingdon Foundation''s sport and leisure facilities, including the Sports Centre, Tilsley Park and Amey Theatre. We serve the local community and partner organisations across Oxfordshire. Tilsley Park is a busy outdoor facility featuring multiple football and hockey pitches, a 3G pitch, athletics track, spin studio, bar and meeting room. New padel courts are under construction and due to open in September 2026. The Sports Centre offers an 8-lane swimming pool, sports hall, squash courts, gyms and climbing wall with extensive activity programmes and partnerships with local clubs and organisations.Padel Coach - The Role:You will deliver safe, high-quality and engaging padel coaching while supporting the launch, growth and day-to-day delivery of the padel programme at Tilsley Park. You will support a full range of padel activity including Pay and Play, taster sessions, one-to-one coaching, group coaching, junior and adult courses, Social Play, club-style sessions, leagues, tournaments, school use, community activity and corporate events.
