We''re looking for reliable Packers to join our team and help us keep things moving while the world sleeps! Contracted hours: 48 hours - Full Time Working Hours: 4pm - 4am (overtime is optionable) Shift Pattern: 4 on/4 off, 12 hours shift Location: Milton Keynes Pay: £14.70/hour Our people tell us you will be a great addition to the team if you can Supervise and motivate the packing team to meet daily production targets.Ensure correct packaging materials, labelling, and coding are used in line with specifications.Maintain accurate completion of all production, traceability, and quality records.Manage line efficiency, minimise downtime, and address any technical or operational issues. We are looking for candidates who Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.Strong understanding of packing operations, product labelling, and quality control.Ability to organise, plan, and prioritise in a fast-paced production setting.Clear communication skills and ability to build effective team relationships.
