Salary; -12.71-per hour

Shift Pattern; 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Monday - Friday Rotating weekly-

Location;- South Leicestershire

Commutable from; Leicester, Wigston, Oadby, Countesthorpe, Kibworth, Market Harborough, Desford, Lutterworth

Our client is looking to recruit Packing Operatives for their busy manufacturing facility based in the South of Leicestershire. This is an excellent opportunity to forge a career with an established company that will invest time in you to progress through their company.-

The Role;

• Assisting in the production of goods
• Quality checking goods to customer specification-
• Finding and removing faults at fixed stages of production process-
• Making sure production is accurate but still adhering to production targets-
• Inspecting materials for defects-
• Input into updating quality control polices

The Candidate;

• Willing to work a 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a rotating shift pattern-
• A willingness to undertake further relevant training-
• Keen eye for detail to keep up 100% customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills as working within a team-
