You’re responsible for ensuring the delicious bread we produce, and package is of the best possible quality, that adds a spark of joy to people’s daily lives. Your main responsibilities include: Manually folding packaging  Manually re-working product Manually labelling product Packing product into baskets and manually stacking Operating machinery (i.e., bagging units) on lines Following Good Manufacturing Practice to keep Finishing area tidy and safe Quality control – following SOPs to ensure product meets our quality standards Meeting all Health and Safety responsibilities Supporting Production, Loading and Hygiene departments when necessary You will be moving around a busy bakery, carrying out manual and non-manual tasks, which may be physically demanding at times.
