Pay Rate: -12.08 per hour plus overtime

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Packing Operatives to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. As a Packing Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our unique products are packed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing elements into boxes and tubing
• Printing labels and reading work documents
• Choosing the correct packing materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Managing the order book and determining the correct order to pack items

Key Skills Required:

• Problem-solving abilities
• IT skills (with increasing importance as the role develops)
• Decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good communication skills

Week 1 would be 8am to 16.30pm Mon & Tue, 8am to 16.00 Wed & Thurs, 8am to 14.00pm Fri

Week 2 would be 6am to 14.30pm Mon & Tue, 6am to 14.00 Wed & Thurs, 6am to 12.00pm Fri

After a training period we would be looking to put them on a double day shift, so one week day shift and then one week backshift.

Monday to Thursday 9hours 15, start times 06:00 to 15.15 and the following 15:00pm to 00:15am
