Packing Operative

Job Title: Packer/Stacker & Box End Operatives
Location: Attleborough

Gap Personnel is recruiting for Packer/Stacker and Box End Operatives to join our client’s purpose-built food factory in Attleborough. The site is equipped with state-of-the-art egg grading and packing facilities, operated by a skilled and experienced team. These are Temp to Perm roles, offering long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

• £12.24 per hour

• £0.52 bonus per hour (if all 36 contracted hours per week are completed)

• £50 bonus once per week for picking up an extra shift after completing the 36 contracted hours

Packer/Stacker

• Loading eggs from the conveyor onto pallets and trays

• Stacking products safely and efficiently

• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard to meet delivery schedules

Box End Operative

• Packing eggs into boxes at the end of the line

• Working at pace to keep up with production

• Bending, lifting, and handling products carefully

• Being nimble and accurate with packing tasks

Packer/Stacker

• Physically fit and able to carry out heavy lifting

• Ability to reach and stack at height

• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Box End Operative

• Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment

• Nimble and comfortable with repetitive tasks

• Happy with bending and packing throughout the shift

• 6:00am – 6:30pm

• 36 paid hours per week

• 3 days on, 3 days off (consistent weekly rota)
