This role involves working in freezer conditions and a cold-storage environment for extended periods.  Key responsibilities include selecting and combining the correct frozen items, assembling mixed product boxes according to order specifications, operating basic packaging equipment, and ensuring all products meet quality and food-safety standards. The role also requires maintaining accurate order records, keeping the work area clean and organised, and coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.  The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, comfortable working in freezer conditions, and able to perform effectively in a cold, fast-paced environment.
