With strong growth plans in place, this organisation offers a stable and long-term opportunity within a supportive production environment.The role of Packing Operative is key to the smooth running of the production process, ensuring products are packed accurately and efficiently to meet customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPacking components into boxes and tubingPrinting labels and accurately following work instructionsSelecting appropriate packing materials in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Managing the order book and prioritising work accordinglyMaintaining quality and efficiency standards at all timesSkills and ExperienceWe are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructionsExperience with packing/warehouse workGood problem-solving and decision-making skillsBasic IT skills, with a willingness to develop furtherThe ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and a team-focused approachAbout YouYou will be a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in producing accurate work.
