Outside IR35Pay 550 a day3 month rolling contractLocation - Newbury (Hybrid Working)ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a packet Core Engineer on a contract basis.We are looking for an experienced Packet Core Engineer to join a leading telecommunications organisation, playing a key role in the design, delivery and lifecycle management of next-generation Packet Core services.You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability and resilience of critical mobile core platforms supporting 4G, 5G Standalone (5G SA), IoT and enterprise connectivity.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement and manage Packet Core platforms including MME, AMF, SGSN, GGSN, SGW, PGW, UPF, IPX/GRX Gateways, Gi/SGi-LAN, Carrier Grade NAT, DNS and Security Gateways, ensuring highly available, secure and scalable network services.Lead the delivery, integration and lifecycle management of Packet Core solutions, supporting network transformation initiatives including EPC to 5G Core migration, NFV adoption and cloud-native deployments.Work collaboratively with Architecture, Operations, Strategy and Delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements whilst maintaining high standards of network performance, resilience and regulatory compliance.Drive continuous improvement through automation, traffic optimisation, policy management and proactive performance monitoring, investigating complex ..... full job details .....
