Packer and Grader Operative Warehouse Operative Food Production Operative Packing Operative Quality OperativeIlminster 13.30 per hour + 50 Overtime Bonus Ad-hoc Shifts 7am-6:30pm TemporaryIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Packer and Grader Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Ilminster.This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives, Packing Operatives, Food Production Operatives, Quality Operatives, or Packer and Grader Operatives looking for flexible, ad-hoc work within a fast-paced food production environment.What We Offer 13.30 per hour. 50 overtime bonus.Ad-hoc shifts to suit business needs.Working hours: 7am-6:30pm.Weekly pay.Supportive team environment.Opportunity to gain experience within a busy warehouse and food production setting.Key DutiesInspect potatoes and remove any that do not meet quality standards.Follow photographic grading standards to ensure product quality.Identify and report any foreign bodies found on the grading line.Pack potatoes carefully to ensure products reach customers in excellent condition.Monitor product quality throughout the packing process.Report damaged packaging, poor seals, split bags, or quality concerns to the Machine Operator.Ensure the correct number of bags are packed into trays or MUs and stacked correctly on pallets.Apply the correct labels to products accurately.Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food quality procedures.RequirementsExcellent attention to ..... full job details .....
