Ideal Candidate Profile:Strong attention to detail, ensuring every pack meets quality standards.Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and information sharing.Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Previous experience in packing or production roles is an advantage but not essential.
