Coordinate packaging redesign projects for current SKUs and manage new film changeovers on site. Support the NPD process by managing timelines for packaging printing and introduction on site and providing trials and transit support. Address day-to-day packaging issues in collaboration with the QA and operations teams. Develop a deeper understanding of our packaging products to enhance operational line efficiency and product efficacy. Ensure all packaging is fit for purpose and compliant with technical and legal requirements, with specifications developed and held electronically for easy access. Lead packaging cost-saving and rationalisation projects. Build and maintain supplier relationships to stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
