We''re working with a highly successful FMCG business in Norfolk that''s expanding its team with the addition of a Packaging Technologist. They produce a wide variety of packaging solutions, from jars and tubes to pouches, bottles, refill packs, gift sets and more.

This is a hybrid role offering 2 days per week from home, and they will give you a chance to work with the main retailers and global brands!

What you''ll be doing:

• Lead packaging development for new and existing products
• Turn customer ideas into practical, commercial packaging solutions
• Source, spec and trial packaging across materials and formats
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and suppliers to get it right first time
• Drive improvements, cost savings and sustainability initiatives

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Packaging Technologist or Manager (FMCG or Food background preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials and print processes
• Confident working from concept through to production and approvals
• Collaborative approach with both customers and internal teams
• A problem-solver who can balance creativity, cost, and practicality
