Packaging Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Luxury Packaging Technician to join our production team. This role is focused on the creation of high-end, bespoke packaging solutions where precision and quality are paramount. You will be responsible for the end-to-end hand-finishing and assembly of luxury boxes, ensuring every product meets our rigorous brand standards.Key Responsibilities Precision Hand-Finishing: Execute complex handwork tasks including full-surface gluing, mounting, and lamination with a high degree of accuracy.Assembly and Construction: Work within an assembly line environment to construct rigid boxes, ensuring seamless joints and perfect alignment.Quality Control: Conduct continuous inspections throughout the production process to identify and rectify any defects in material or finish.Workflow Management: Manage individual tasks to meet strict production deadlines without compromising on the aesthetic quality of the final product.Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and organized workbench and production area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
