Packaging Supervisor

An established food production company based in Birmingham require an experienced packaging supervisor. Duties: Supervising eight people on a packaging / production line. Deputising for the shift manager and supporting the packaging manager in the supervision and development of the packaging team. Monitoring materials and stock using the SAP system. Ensuring the lines run as efficiently as possible avoiding unnecessary downtime. Complete daily department paperwork accurately. Reporting faults and maintaining a safe working environment. Requirements: Packaging / production line supervisory experience. Team leader skills. Knowledge of SAP. Basic IT skills. Food and hygiene training an advantage. Hours: Rotating shifts: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday. This is a permanent position. ..... full job details .....
