They are committed to excellence in manufacturing, quality, and customer satisfaction and are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Manager to join the business.You will be responsible for leading and optimizing all manufacturing operations within the site. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring the achievement of critical KPIs related to production, quality, safety, and cost. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes within the packaging industry, coupled with exceptional leadership and analytical skills.The working hours for this role are 7:30am 4:30pm, Monday - FridayThe RoleLead all manufacturing operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and HR.Drive efficiency and continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma.Monitor and report KPIs: OEE, throughput, waste, delivery performance.Optimize resource allocation and production scheduling.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Foster a high-performance culture and cross-functional collaboration.The PersonDegree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master s preferred).5 years in manufacturing leadership, ideally within packaging.Proven success delivering against KPIs.Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.Strong leadership, ..... full job details .....
