Packaging Operators

We are looking for Packaging Operators to work for our Client based in Rothley. They are a multinational company with sites in Leicester and Rothley and are passionate about the future of our planet. Pay for the Packaging Operator temp to perm £13.00 while on training then it will increase to £16.25 Hours / Shifts: 4 on 4 off consisting of 2 days and 2 nights then 4 days off6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6amWhile you are being trained you will be on days 9am to 5.30pm Duties and Responsibilities: To run the packaging machineTo run the roll pack bundler machineTo change the polyethylene reels and their optional materials or feed the machine with skillets or casesTo run the log saw if requiredTo stop and restart the machineries when neededTo check the compliance between the product and the related data sheetTo draft the data sheet regarding the production controlSmall maintenance activities and adjustmentsTo manage the machinery change overTo support the colleagues in case of need and overview the end line process when requiredTo ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shiftTo ensure health and safety rules are adhered to Additional Requirements: Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is highly desirableExperience working as part of a teamExcellent communication skills What is on offer: ..... full job details .....
