This is a hands-on position where you’ll play an important part in keeping production running smoothly, ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely and to a consistently high standard. What you’ll be doing Operating production and packaging lines efficiently. Setting up machinery, completing changeovers and carrying out clean-downs. Loading packaging materials and keeping production lines running smoothly. Monitoring the production process and identifying any issues. Carrying out regular quality checks. Completing production and batch documentation accurately. Identifying minor mechanical issues and escalating faults when required. Helping to minimise downtime and waste.
