Packaging Late Shift Line Leader Hours: Monday Friday, 2:00pm 10:30pm Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour Do you have strong experience in manufacturing or production and have experience of team leading? We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Line Leader to join our late-shift team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong production knowledge, mechanical competency, and a passion for leading a team to achieve high standards in quality, safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities As a Late Shift Line Leader, you will be responsible for: Leading a small team of Production and Packaging Operatives on the late shift. Setting up production lines, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring smooth operation throughout the shift. Ensuring all products are manufactured to the highest quality, following strict GMP, HACCP and food safety guidelines. Training, coaching and supporting new and existing team members. Monitoring output to ensure daily production targets are achieved. Completing accurate documentation and maintaining batch records. Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, escalating issues where needed. Supporting continuous improvement and efficient ways of working. Communicating clearly with supervisors and the wider team to maintain shift handover standards. The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
