Currently supported remotely, this critical role offers high autonomy and complete project ownership to design, optimize, and implement packaging solutions that protect products, reduce transport damage, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging Design and Review: Design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions for a wide range of industrial components using 3D CAD software.CAD and Technical Drawings: Read, interpret, and review technical/CAD drawings to ensure alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis and risk-based decision-making to minimize transportation damage and optimize returnable packaging systems.Supplier and Site Collaboration: Provide detailed specifications to suppliers, coordinate packaging approvals, and manage relationships across supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing teams.RequirementsTechnical Skills: CAD software proficiency and proven experience ..... full job details .....
