Packaging Development Manager

Are you an experienced Packaging Manager with a passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement?

We''re looking for a motivated leader to join a large food manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our packaginging operation while playing a key role in ensuring our packaging meets all current legislation, customer requirements and industry standards. This role is across multiple sites and is a senior leadership role.

Working closely with Production, Technical and NPD teams, you''ll help drive operational excellence, improve packaging performance and ensure packaging remains fully compliant in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.

We''re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in food manufacturing and packing operations.
• Strong knowledge of food packaging legislation and labelling requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
