Packaging Designer Location: Brentwood Salary: DOE Company: Our client are a market leading organisation who provide protective corrugated and foam packaging products to a wide range of customers in the electronic, medical and industrial market sectors. Our client is now looking to strengthen their Design team team with a high calibre professional Packaging Designer. Progression opportunities available for the right candidate. Role: This role has been created due to current company growth, projected growth plans as well as the number of opportunities that have arisen. Creation of new concepts to meet packaging briefs The ability to gain an insight into design trends across different market segments to allow proactive approaches to our customers and the markets in which they belong Awareness of the latest design tools and technologies in order to be able to offer our customers sustainable competitive advantages in our proposals Awareness of the latest marketing techniques and innovations to maximise the value added through deign the products that will be displayed on the shelf Understanding of customer expectations and needs on the technical side of our business relationship in order to build the most appropriate design and technical solutions Participation in customer meetings when required Implement our customer savings, complexity, reduction and/or harmonisation projects aligned to project briefs Requirments: Packaging design experience CAD experience ideally Impact ..... full job details .....
