Role:  We’re looking for a Packaging Design Lead to support our clients major account, with a strong background in retail packaging design. You will be capable of bridging the gap between upstream creative and downstream adaptive – creatively strong enough to lead the work, but practical enough to make sure the creative intent can be delivered successfully at scale. The ideal candidate will be a strong creative thinker, but importantly, someone who understands how great creative needs to flex downstream into adaptive design and rollout. They need to be able to develop and protect the creative vision while also considering how that design will work across larger ranges, multiple SKUs and different packaging formats.
