Job Title: Package Manager
Location: Newcastle
Project: High Rise Scheme
Day Rate: To be discussed
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate internal packages, including drylining, M&E coordination, flooring, joinery, and final finishes.

Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality control measures.

Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of internal works.

Monitor progress, track timelines, and report on project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.

Lead site inspections and quality assurance checks, ensuring compliance with all industry and company standards.

Support and guide site teams, subcontractors, and trades to drive productivity and efficiency.

Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any site challenges.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Internals Package Manager or similar role on large-scale residential or commercial high-rise projects.

Strong understanding of fit-out processes, sequencing, and construction methodologies.

Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations, quality control, and compliance requirements.

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades while maintaining project schedules.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification preferred.
