Package Manager - Internal Fit-Out

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Internal Package Manager to lead the delivery of the comprehensive internal fit-out packages for a landmark 16,500-capacity arena and entertainment venue. This role focuses on high-volume, high-performance internal wall systems, drylining, acoustics, and ceiling packages. You will ensure these critical elements meet strict acoustic isolation, fire rating, and crowd-load durability standards required for a major public assembly building. Key Responsibilities Package Ownership: Drive the procurement, design verification, site installation, and hand-over of internal partitions, drylining, acoustic baffling, and ceiling systems. Performance Compliance: Ensure all wall installations strictly adhere to rigorous project specifications for acoustic decibel (dB) ratings and structural fire integrity. Interface Management: Coordinate seamlessly with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services to manage first and second-fix containment, penetrations, and access panels. Quality Assurance: Implement strict field inspection regimes to monitor jointing, skimming, tape-and-joint quality, and deflection-head detailing. Subcontractor Coordination: Manage large-scale specialist trade contractors, monitoring their daily labor output, material supply chains, and adherence to the master schedule.
