Your future, your scheduleYou''ll join us at our Welshpool Practice in a part-time and permanent role.Your future in our Welshpool practice32 Hours per week over 4 days - flexible on days, however, 1 of the 4 days must include a TuesdayBased in a beautiful market town, close to the train station and local transport routes with nearby street parkingThe practice currently offers a mix of NHS and Private treatments, and with the latest technology, there is excellent potential to grow the private revenue even furtherWe are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth, ideally with a background in dentistry or healthcare managementYour future, with us

As a Practice Manager, you''ll be:Driving your practice''s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgetsLeading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationshipManaging compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulatorsInterpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisionsYou will enjoy being part of a team passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.Your future starts here
