This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a landmark development, taking ownership of the package from planning and coordination through to successful completion, on this major scheme near to Taunton.- Working as part of the project delivery team, you will manage specialist subcontractors, coordinate interfaces with other trades, monitor programme and quality, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, design team and client representatives to drive performance and maintain the highest standards throughout the project. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full delivery of the blockwork package from pre-construction through to handover. Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials and plant to achieve programme milestones. Monitor productivity, quality and progress, resolving technical and programme issues as they arise.
