Job Title: Procurement Administrator
Location: WF2 area, Wakefield (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37 hours per week)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Administrator to provide vital support to the Category Buyers and wider procurement function. This is a hands-on role where you will assist with procurement activities, provide guidance to internal customers, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Key tasks will include issuing guidance documents, supporting the development of marketing collateral, handling day-to-day administrative duties, and managing data using in-house systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Category Buyer, you will:
- Carry out tactical processes and administrative tasks to support the HR Services team.
- Assist with operational requirements, including supplier performance monitoring, data collation, and system housekeeping.
- Manage supplier information, including financial data and KPI reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring high levels of service and support.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management systems.
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to process and analyse data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal teams and external suppliers.
