      <description>Location: New Milton | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are looking for an experienced, super-organised Personal Assistant who can support our Managing Director by balancing multiple demands and projects and deliver an accurate and timely administrative service.Key areas of responsibility include diary management, arranging both internal and external meetings and travel arrangements where necessary. Being first point of contact screening all enquiries, delegating, referring or responding on behalf of the Managing Director. Producing all documentation including reports, minutes and presentations, plus coordinating accurate and timely management reporting including tracking actionable items to ensure completion.
