Role: PA to the Director

Pay: £23.36 p/hr

Job Type: Admin

Working for the Director of Thriving Places, in a busy environment which requires strong PA knowledge and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide effective and efficient customer support to respective director,
• Maintain confidentiality
• Plan and organise own work and work of respective director
• Contribute to the wider PA team, working with colleagues to ensure effective processes are in place
• Diary Management, Monitoring emails, Screening telephone calls

Who We Are Looking For:

• 2 years PA experience
• Strong IT skills
• Proactive mindset and flexible approach
