Personal Assistant to the Headteacher . This role is an exciting opportunity to support a Headteacher leading a diverse and ambitious school community, where staff and students are encouraged to excel.Duties of the Role:Provide full administrative support to the Headteacher, including managing diaries, correspondence and confidential communications

Draft and prepare professional documents, reports and presentations to the highest standard

Coordinate governor meetings, produce agendas and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up of actions

Act as the first point of contact for parents, governors and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions reflect the professionalism of the school

Support with key school events, policy administration and whole-school communications

The Ideal Candidate:The successful applicant will bring:At least 1 year of experience working in a UK school

in an administrative or PA capacity

Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Strong IT and communication skills, with attention to detail in written work

A professional, discreet and adaptable approach to handling confidential information

A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate the needs of senior leaders
