PA to Headteacher – Secondary School, Ealing
£20 per hour | Full-time | Term time plus 2 weeks | Long-term or permanent opportunity
We are seeking a professional and resourceful Personal Assistant to the Headteacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Ealing. This school has a strong reputation for academic excellence and a welcoming community ethos. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Headteacher to deliver on strategic priorities and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties of the Role:

Deliver comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher

Manage scheduling, appointments and confidential correspondence

Prepare and circulate agendas, minutes and documents for senior leadership and governor meetings

Support with the production of policies, reports and key school documents

Assist in coordinating school events, external visits and presentations on behalf of the Headteacher
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has:
-
At least 1 year of prior experience in a UK school, preferably supporting senior leaders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong IT literacy, with confidence using Google Suite and MS Office

A high level of discretion, integrity and professionalism
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
