PA to Executive Director and Legal Team, West End 12 month FTC maternity cover£55,000 - £60,000 + benefitsAre you an experienced EA / PA who loves to be involved and relied upon by a team of executives?Do you pride yourself on a professional and discreet approach?Are you also enthusiastic, proactive and team focused?The pace is fast in this dynamic boutique Real Estate Investment firm and they are looking for a EA/PA with a good sense of initiative to support a team of 4. This role requires working Monday to Friday in office (9-5.30pm).What you’ll be doing day to day:Extensive diary and inbox managementOrganising meetings and conference calls, prioritising according to business needsAnswering and screening calls for the teamKeeping contacts up to dateLiaising with multiple suppliers across all projectsPreparing presentations and formatting documentsReformatting legal documentation, contracts and leases etcBoard support, coordinating quarterly meetings, agenda preparationUK and overseas travel arrangementsProcessing invoices and expensesWorking closely with other AssistantsThe skills you need to bring:Previous EA / PA experience supporting at MD/Executive Director levelReal Estate/Property sector experience advantageous, also corporate firm exposureCommitment to confidentiality and discretionConfident communication skills – both verbal and writtenProactive and enthusiastic approachStrong MS Office ..... full job details .....
